Participants must be at least 18 years or older to sign up. By participating in the SMS program, you represent that you are eligible and authorized to receive messages on the provided phone number.
3. Consent and Communication:
By participating in the SMS program, you consent to receive text messages related to job opportunities, scheduling, availability, pay/billing, and other relevant communications from DRW Healthcare Staffing. Standard messaging rates may apply.
4. Content Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided to DRW Healthcare Staffing for the purpose of this SMS program. DRW Healthcare Staffing is not responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of the program participant.
5. Opt-out and Unsubscribe:
Participants can opt-out of the SMS program at any time by replying “STOP” to a received message. Opting out will cease all future messages from the program. Participants can also receive assistance or request to rejoin the program by contacting DRW Healthcare Staffing.
6. Service Availability:
DRW Healthcare Staffing strives to maintain the availability and reliability of the SMS program, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any disruptions or delays in the program.
7. Content Changes:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the participant resides. Any disputes arising from participation in the SMS program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state in which the participant resides.
